Over the last couple of weeks, we experienced some issues with our newsletter. We switched from email providers, so we would like to hear from you if you still spot problems or improvements. I'm a Cryptohopper user, but I don't receive the newsletter!
When you're a Cryptohopper user but don't receive the newsletter or premium newsletter, we will assist you in setting it up:
Newsletter
- Navigate to your User profile and select "Notifications".
- Enable Newsletter.
Tip: enable notifications for login attempts for improved security.
Premium newsletter
- Navigate to your User profile and select "Cryptohopper+".
- Enable "Subscribe to premium newsletter".
