Affiliate terms and conditions

Important terms

  • Every affiliate request will be processed as soon as possible. Please be patient, our offices will process all requests. When you have been accepted as an affiliate you will receive an affiliate link, which you can share with your network.
  • Fill out all details in the request form, in order for us to make payments to the right address/account.
  • Being a Cryptohopper affiliate means that you refer new people to subscribe for a Starter, Medium or Pro subscription on the Cryptohopper.com website, with the usage of your personal affiliate link. The 10% commission will be paid over a fully paid Hopper subscription, taking the payment conditions mentioned below, into account.
  • For signals there is a separate rule. Cryptohopper receives 15% cost coverage over each paid signal. The affiliates will receive 10% commission over the 15% that Cryptohopper receives.
  • Payment details need to be filled in correctly. Any wrong payments made because of incorrectly provided addresses are not the responsibility of Cryptohopper and will be your own loss.
  • Payments to affiliates are done through Cryptohopper Balance.
  • Payments are done every Monday and can be requested up to twice a month. They will be announced on the dashboard of your Cryptohopper account. Subscribers that used your affiliate link, who make monthly payments for their subscription, will continue to pay 10% out to the affiliate as long as the subscribers continue using Cryptohopper.
  • It is the responsibility of the affiliate to pay any applicable taxes over our affiliate payments, according to the affiliate's country's law.
  • The banners and promotional material that you are allowed to use will be send with your affiliate link. These are our official promotional tools. Any homemade media and/or other tools you want to use, have to be approved by us first.
  • False information or negative publicity will risk you being removed as an affiliate and/or a ban from Cryptohopper.
  • Distributing negative attitude/messages about Cryptohopper on social media, question desk and/ or forum, will risk your removal as an affiliate. As an affiliate you are expected to spread a positive vibe.
  • Cryptohopper can change these terms at any time without having to notify you.
  • Only professional sites will be accepted, Cryptohopper has the right to block you without a warning.
  • The following affiliates are not accepted: coupon websites, pornography sites, clone websites, Google ads with their link.

Payment conditions

  • The affiliate payout is 10% commission per fully paid Starter, Medium or Pro subscription. For signals, the affiliate will receive 10% over the 15% that Cryptohopper receives. Any new paid features will also pay 10% of the fully paid options to the affiliate.
  • Affiliate payments will not be done in the following cases:
    • Discount codes are used (exceptions can only be made with the administration of Cryptohopper)
    • Own affiliate link (using your referral link for your own Hopper is not allowed)
    • Payments under $75
    • Refunds: when a subscriber makes use of a refund while using your affiliate link, the commission portion of the subscription is automatically withheld
  • Using any of these conditions will result in your removal as an affiliate and a potential ban from Cryptohopper.

Exceptions and exclusives

  • Affiliates that have been registered before the 10th of March 2018 have exclusive rights on 15% commission on Starter, Medium and Pro subscriptions. This is exclusively for the affiliates that have been with us from the beginning and have helped Cryptohopper grow.
  • This condition excludes the miscalculation of the signals. The new exclusive rights for affiliates registered before the 10th of March 2018 include 15% commission over the 15% that Cryptohopper receives.
  • Affiliates that sign up after the 10th of March 2018 have access to a layered system:
    • $500+ in monthly commissions: upgrade from 10% to 12.5%
    • $1000+ in monthly commissions: upgrade from 12.5% to 15%
    • If the amount drops below the mentioned amounts the percentage will be downgraded accordingly
    • The percentages will be automatically adjusted per month
  • All "exceptions and exclusives" regulations have to be taken into consideration with the "payment conditions."
