Here’s some more information about this asset**:**
Stable Mint (USDSM)
Stable Mint is payment infrastructure built on regulated stablecoins, letting businesses collect, settle, and pay out on a single platform. Traditional payment flows route through multiple intermediaries, with funds settling to the merchant in one to three business days. Stable Mint compresses that chain, settling customer to merchant in seconds, so working capital is available immediately for treasury management, conversion, or payout.
The platform combines a regulated account for holding, receiving, converting, and paying out in stablecoins with SEPA and SWIFT connectivity to traditional banking rails, plus an optional branded checkout that accepts card, bank transfer, and pay-by-bank. USDSM is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and backed by cash and high-quality liquid assets held in segregated accounts, not lent, invested, or commingled. Holders can redeem at par, on demand, a statutory right under MiCA rather than a discretionary policy. USDSM is natively issued on Etherlink, an EVM-compatible Tezos Layer 2, and is also available on Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum.
Please note:
- Trading via Kraken App and Instant Buy will be available once the liquidity conditions are met (when a sufficient number of buyers and sellers have entered the market for their orders to be efficiently matched).
- Geographic restrictions may apply
Will Kraken make more assets available?
Yes! But our policy is to never reveal any details until shortly before launch – including which assets we are considering. All of Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on our Listings Roadmap and social media profiles. Our client engagement specialists cannot answer any questions about which assets we may be making available in the future.
