Leading global crypto exchange HTX has issued an official announcement to reinforce user protection and strengthen its anti-fraud framework. The platform has reaffirmed the sole official appeal channels for lifting withdrawal limits and, importantly, launched a new anti-fraud reporting mailbox. The initiative targets scams in which fraudsters impersonate HTX staff and demand illegitimate fees under the pretext of “unfreezing withdrawal limits”.
