Manish joins us from Lyft where he served as VP of Engineering for the last two years, overseeing several rideshare engineering teams. He joined Lyft after 16 years at Google, last holding the role of VP of Engineering for Google’s Ads platform.
The opportunities and challenges at Coinbase and in crypto couldn’t be greater — more people than ever are experiencing the benefits of cryptocurrency, and want access to new crypto-native products and services. Meanwhile, Coinbase is undergoing a shift to being a remote-first company, which will unlock potential but also require the company to learn and iterate within a remote-first culture. Aside from his exceptional engineering experience, Manish impressed us with his positive energy, clear communication, great questions, and passion for the mission and opportunity we have as a company.
