Bitvavo will stick to the following timeline for the swap:
On the 8th of December at 14:00 CET, Bitvavo will stop trading on POLY/EUR.
On the 8th of December at 14:00 CET, deposits and withdrawals of POLY will be closed.
On the 8th of December at 14:00 CET, we will swap your POLY balance on 1:1 ratio to POLYX.
On the 8th of December at 15:00 CET, trading will open for POLYX/EUR.
What do you have to do?
As mentioned above, there is currently a price discrepancy between POLY and POLYX. This might affect you negatively. You are able to withdraw or sell your POLY before the 8th of December. If you want your POLY to be swapped for POLYX on December 8th, then no action is required. Bitvavo will automatically facilitate the swap for you.

Op 8 december om 14.00 uur CET, swappen wij uw POLY balans 1:1 voor POLYX.
Op 8 december om 15.00 uur CET, opent de handel voor POLYX/EUR.
Wat kunt u doen?
Zoals eerder vermeld, is er momenteel een prijsverschil tussen POLY en POLYX. Dit kan een negatief effect voor u hebben. U kunt daarom uw POLY voor 8 december verkopen of opnemen. Wilt u uw POLY voor POLYX swappen op 8 december? Dan hoeft u geen actie te ondernemen. Bitvavo zal dit proces automatisch voor u faciliteren.
