Submission Theme: The Tipping Point
With #MyFirstNFT, we are challenging creators to come up with work on the theme of “The Tipping Point”. In this era of rapid change, crypto has already transformed the way we exchange, earn, spend, share, and give. Lately, it seems the crypto world has reached a new tipping point.
Express your take on the theme through your artwork. Feel free to unleash your creativity—there is no right or wrong interpretation.
Prizes
1st Place (1 winner) - We will mint 10 limited edition NFTs with the winner credited in the description. The winner will receive 1 of the 10 NFTs along with $500 in BNB. The remaining 9 NFTs will be distributed to users who retweet the promotion.
2nd Place (3 winners) - We will mint 50 NFTs of each semi-finalist's artwork, with the creator credited in the description. Each semi-finalist will 1 NFT of their own artwork along with $200 in BNB. 130 of the remaining NFTs will be distributed to users who retweet the promotion. 17 NFTs will be distributed to users who share the activity on Facebook.
3rd Place (4 winners) - Quarter-finalists each receive $100 in BNB.

March 15-28 - Call For Entries: Call for entries ends March 28, 2021 at 3:00PM (UTC). There will be a 3-day grace period for late submissions made at the discretion of the Binance team.
March 30 - Quarter-finalists Announced: The Binance team will announce 8 quarter-finalists on March 30
March 31 to April 2 - Voting Begins: Public voting will take place on Binance’s Twitter account from March 31 to April 2. Each of the 8 quarter-finalists will be paired into “match-ups”, with voting to commence until the final winner emerges.
April 3 - Final Winner Announced: NFTs will be minted and issued in the ensuing weeks. Binance will issue one NFT that features corresponding artwork to each eligible winner, and in addition, mint and issue more NFTs to use for giveaway or raffle purposes.

Rules and Selection Criteria
Stage 1 - To Qualify For Consideration:
All entries must be original and verifiable (no plagiarism) and contain no copyrighted material
Binance reserves the right to disqualify entries when authenticity and originality cannot be verified
By submitting an entry, you are giving permission for Binance to share your work on all social media platforms and public-facing channels. In addition, you are giving Binance permission to show, copy, or use your work (including the right to create and issue multiple NFTs of your work).
Those who submit non-winning entries will retain ownership over their artwork.
Entries must be submitted on Twitter with the accompanying hashtag #MyFirstNFT. Users must follow the @Binance Twitter handle as well.
Binance reserves the right to exclude any entry for consideration for any reason.
Voting manipulation is strictly prohibited during the public voting period. Binance reserves the right to unilaterally decide the voting outcome if there is suspicion of voting manipulation or other fraud taking place.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify anyone who is deemed to break any of the above rules or act with malicious intent.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend any contest or contest rules at our sole discretion.
Entrants' requirements will be validated prior to the winners being drawn. In the event an entrant does not meet the requirements they will be removed from the list of possible winners.

Stage 3 - Quarter-Finals: Each quarter-finalist will be paired into one of 4 “match-ups”, with the winner of each match-up decided 50% based on the number of likes and retweets an entry recieves on the Binance Twitter post, and 50% based on scores given by a select panel of judges from the Binance team and Binance Angels. Contestants who advance will become semi-finalists, while those who do not advance will each be eligible to win $100 in BNB.
Stage 4 - Semi-Finals: Semi-finalists will be paired into one of 2 “match-ups”, with the winner of each match-up decided 50% based on the number of likes and retweets an entry recieves on the Binance Twitter post, and 50% based on scores given by a select panel of judges from the Binance team and Binance Angels. Contestants who advance will become finalists, while those who do not advance will each be eligible to win $200 in BNB, plus an NFT of their artwork minted by Binance.
Stage 5 - Finals: The final winner will be determined 50% based on the number of likes and retweets an entry recieves on the Binance Twitter post, and 50% based on scores given by a select panel of judges from the Binance team and Binance Angels. The winner will be eligible to win $500 in BNB, plus an NFT of their artwork minted by Binance. The runner-up will receive $200 in BNB, plus an NFT of their artwork minted by Binance.
