Now, users who are VIP 4 and above can enjoy Spot trading fees for VIP 9:
Maker/ Taker Fees: 0.0200% / 0.0400%
Maker/ Taker Fees paid in BNB ( additional 25% off): 0.0150% / 0.0300%
BNB Balance Calculation Mechanism
The daily average BNB Balance Calculation Mechanism will also be updated from June 16, 2022 (UTC). Now, BNB staked in Locked Staking and DeFi Staking will be taken into account when calculating your daily average BNB.
This upgrade allows the Binance VIP Program to be even more accessible to our eligible users.

Binance VIP Program Eligibility
To qualify for the Binance VIP program, you must fulfill the following:
BNB Balance: 25 BNB and above
Binance Spot trading volume for the last 30 days must be at least 1,000,000 BUSD or Binance Futures trading volume for the last 30 days must be at least 15,000,000 BUSD
Visit VIP Fee Structure or User Center to check your current VIP level.
Who Can Enjoy the Binance VIP Program Upgrade?
The upgrade applies to current users in tiers VIP 4 and above only. To be eligible for the upgrade, you should ensure that you remain at VIP 4 and above.
Alternatively, if you are upgraded to VIP 4 and above based on your Spot (or Futures) trading volume for the last 30 days, you will automatically be eligible for the program upgrade on the next day of the VIP level upgrade. Note: If you are upgraded to VIP 4 using a VIP Upgrade Voucher but don’t meet the required trading criteria, you will not be eligible for the upgrade.
