Trade as much as you can and increase the prize pool

The rules are simple: trade as much as possible across all markets on Bitpanda Pro, create the highest volume over the course of 14 days and reach the top of the scoreboard. But this time, the prize pool increases the more participants trade during the trading competition.

The prize pool starts out at €5,000 and constantly increases the more you and other participants trade during the competition.

How to enter

You can register now to start competing on the 13th of July.

Head over to Bitpanda Pro to register for the trading competition via a pop-up. When you click on the pop-up, you can register for the competition by agreeing to the terms and conditions and selecting a randomly generated alias name directly on Bitpanda Pro.

After that, you have to trade on any market between the 13th of July, 12:00 noon CET and the 27th of July, 12:00 noon CET.

All trades on any market on Bitpanda Pro will be taken into account. Your total 14 day trading volume is the aggregated amount of all trades on all markets.

Here is how to win

First things first, you need to be a fully verified user on Bitpanda Pro. Now that’s out of the way, the way to win is based on who has the highest trading volume over the two weeks of the competition. After the competition is complete, there will be a public scoreboard where users can see who won. For this you will have had to create a unique username for privacy reasons.

What are the prizes?

A percentage of the fees you pay that are generated during the competition will go into the overall price pool. The initial prize pool is €5,000. However, the prize pool increases depending on how much our users trade. As mentioned, winners are picked based on the highest trading volume. The winners will be notified by the 27th of July, by email and by the public scoreboard.

Prize one

44% of the prize pool (at least €2,200, payout to Bitpanda Pro euro wallet)

Prize two

22% of the prize pool (at least €1,100, payout to Bitpanda Pro euro wallet)

Prize three

10% of the prize pool (at least €500, payout to Bitpanda Pro euro wallet)

Prizes four to ten

2% of the prize pool per winner (at least €100 per winner, payout to Bitpanda Pro euro wallet)

Plus, 10 randomly selected participants (with at least €150,000 trading volume OR at least 10 trades) who rank between 11th and 50th will enter a raffle to win1% of the prize pool per winner (at least €50, payout in Bitpanda Pro euro wallet).
