Gold, silver, oil, and other commodities are now live on Kraken Prop at half the commission
TL;DR
- Gold is live on Kraken Prop as of October 29, 2026, alongside silver, WTI oil, Brent oil, copper, and natural gas.
- On all plans other than Lite, commission is cut in half on every non-crypto market, from 4bps to 2bps per side. That covers the new commodities plus S&P 500 and XYZ100, and it applies to evaluations and funded accounts you already hold.
- On all plans other than Lite, gold offers up to 5x leverage with a $500,000 notional cap.
- The rulebook hasn’t changed: funded accounts up to $200,000, no consistency rules, no time limits, and up to 90% of gains, with payouts typically within 24 hours.
