GET https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/hopper/{id}/trigger/{trigger_id}

Returns one trigger of the hopper with its indicators, actions and their configs.

The handler checks no OAuth scope: any valid access token can call it. cooldown is the Unix timestamp until which the trigger is in cooldown after it last fired.
