https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/tournaments
Returns all published tournaments that have not ended, plus those that ended in the last 3 days, ordered by start date.

Dates are in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. links, config and prize_levels are JSON objects, or null when empty. tournament_type is market, quote, exchange, marketexchange, quoteexchange or all and decides which of exchange, quote and base apply. papertrading_type 1 means paper trading, 0 real funds.
