GET
https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/platform/promobar
Returns the promo bar shown on the Cryptohopper website for a language: text, button text and link, and its dates. Falls back to the default promo bar when the language has none.
No access token needed. The promo bar is returned whatever its start_date, end_date and status, so check those yourself. Show promo_text and button_text as plain text, not HTML.
