Cancel all open orders | DELETE /hopper/{id}/order/all

DELETE https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/hopper/{id}/order/all

Sends a cancel request to the exchange for every open order of the hopper.

The cancel requests are queued, so orders can still be open for a short time after the response. The same message is returned when the hopper has no open orders.
