https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/market/giftcards/validate
Returns the details of the gift card behind a code without redeeming it.
Only available to Cryptohopper's own apps; other apps get a 403 error. The code must be exactly 64 characters and belong to a paid, unexpired gift card. Code checks are throttled per user: one attempt per 10 seconds, and further checks fail for an hour after 11 attempts. giftcard_value is always null here.
