https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/market/giftcards/orders
Returns the gift cards you bought that are paid, not yet redeemed and not expired, including their codes.
OAuth scope:

Only available to Cryptohopper's own apps; other apps get a 403 error. Despite the path, this does not return unpaid orders: those are returned by GET /market/giftcards/orders/purchased. giftcard_value is always null here.
