https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/hopper/{id}/arbitrage/total
Returns the current and start totals per currency of an arbitrage bot, summed over its exchanges.

totals and start_totals are JSON-encoded strings mapping currency to amount. data is null when the bot has no totals yet.
