# Update a market review

`PATCH https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/market/review/{review_id}`

Part of [Marketplace](https://www.cryptohopper.com/api-documentation/api-reference/marketplace.md) in the Cryptohopper API reference.

Updates one of your own reviews. Fields you leave out are not changed.

OAuth scope: `read`, `manage`

In the current code the review field is written to the review title instead of the review text, and rating is stored as sent without the 0 to 5 limit.

## Headers

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `access-token` | string | yes | The OAuth access token of the user. |

## Path parameters

## Request body

| Field | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `review_name` | string | no |  |
| `review` | string | no |  |

## Example request

```bash
curl -X PATCH "https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/market/review/REVIEW_ID" \
  -H "access-token: YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"review_name":"Steady results","review":"Running it on Binance for two months without issues.","rating":4}'
```

## Response

Example response (illustrative values):

```json
{
    "data": {
        "review_id": 5501,
        "message": "Review has been updated."
    }
}
```

Status codes: 200. Errors return JSON with `status`, `error` and `message`, plus a numeric `code` when the error comes from the API itself rather than the gateway.
