# Get a portfolio

`GET https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/market/portfolios/{portfolio_id}`

Part of [Marketplace](https://www.cryptohopper.com/api-documentation/api-reference/marketplace.md) in the Cryptohopper API reference.

Returns a portfolio from the marketplace with its monthly chart and the profit of its latest test.

The item type is not checked: any marketplace item ID returns that item, in the shape of its own type. For portfolios all values are strings or null, reviews is always {"status": "0"} and social_profile is always null in the current code.

Status codes: 200. Errors return JSON with `status`, `error` and `message`, plus a numeric `code` when the error comes from the API itself rather than the gateway.
