# Run the troubleshooter

`GET https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/hopper/{id}/troubleshooter`

Part of [Hoppers](https://www.cryptohopper.com/api-documentation/api-reference/hoppers.md) in the Cryptohopper API reference.

Runs the troubleshooter checks for the hopper, such as subscription, enabled state and config errors, and returns each check with its result. The checks depend on the bot type.

OAuth scope: `read`

status is 1 when the check passed and 0 when it failed.

Status codes: 200. Errors return JSON with `status`, `error` and `message`, plus a numeric `code` when the error comes from the API itself rather than the gateway.
