# Get price and amount decimals

`GET https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/exchange/{exchange}/markets/{market}/decimals`

Returns the price and amount precision (number of decimals) of one market on an exchange. Falls back to 8 and 8 when no precision is stored for the market.

Status codes: 200. Errors return JSON with `status`, `error` and `message`, plus a numeric `code` when the error comes from the API itself rather than the gateway.
