# Get details for each exchange

`GET https://api.cryptohopper.com/v1/exchange/details`

Part of [Exchanges](https://www.cryptohopper.com/api-documentation/api-reference/exchanges.md) in the Cryptohopper API reference.

Returns details for every live exchange: description, logo, sign-up and API links, quote currencies, required API key fields, uptime and maintenance status. Premium partner exchanges come first.

OAuth scope: `read`

base_currencies is a JSON string.

Status codes: 200. Errors return JSON with `status`, `error` and `message`, plus a numeric `code` when the error comes from the API itself rather than the gateway.
